Elderflower vinegar
Lisac Organic Elderflower Vinegar is an extremely rare creation that will delight all who try it, but is limited in supply due to its very nature. Lisac Organic Elderflower Vinegar is made using a natural biotechnological process and aged for a minimum of 2 years, unfiltered, uncooked and without added preservatives.
Our vinegar tastes similar to elderflower syrup, but is definitely sharper and more exciting.
USE: It makes an excellent salad dressing, either on its own or mixed with a little light extra virgin olive oil. It is also good for dressing fruit salads and very tasty on a scoop of ice cream. It can also be used as a syrup. One third fruit vinegar, two thirds sparkling mineral water and a little ice is all you will need to cope with the stress of a busy working day.
Apple cider vinegar
Lisac Organic (naturally cloudy) apple cider vinegar is produced exclusively from organic apples. Our vinegar is raw, unfiltered, uncooked, unpasteurised and has “living ingredients”, beneficial vital nutrients that are naturally produced during the fermentation process and can only be found in raw apple cider vinegar.
The juice obtained by pressing the apples is left to ferment naturally until it turns into cider, an ancient drink known since at least the Middle Ages. It is then processed into vinegar using traditional methods, which require slow acetification without any chemical intervention. It is matured naturally for at least two years. The result is a natural and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar and its ‘living’ component (the ‘mother’), which can be appreciated for its balanced acidity and its pleasant aromatic character.
USE: Recommended for daily use as a dressing for salads and vegetables, also for refreshing drinks in combination with water and honey.
Serving recommendations: Use this vinegar to season vegetables, salads, fish and meat.
White wine vinegar
Lisac Organic White Wine Vinegar is made from white grapes from our best wine-growing region, Goriška Brda. Despite our pristine nature in Kostel, we do not have the conditions for vines to grow here. However, our love and passion for vinegars is so strong that we have teamed up with local Goriška grape growers, which we then process ourselves, first into wine and then into vinegar. White wine vinegar is made using a traditional method that requires slow acetification, without any chemical intervention. It is matured naturally for at least two years. The result is a natural and unpasteurised white wine vinegar and its ‘living’ component (the ‘mother’), which can be appreciated for its balanced acidity and its pleasant aromatic character.

Honey vinegar
Lisac Organic Honey Vinegar is produced by fermentation and our excellent Lisac Organic flower honey. It has a rich and full flavour, but is not sweet. It is golden in colour and has a pleasant, sour taste and a pleasant aroma.
USE: It goes beautifully with all types of salad, and is also an excellent addition to vegetable dishes, sauces, pickles, fruit salads, fish, rice and cheese. If diluted in water and served cold, it can also be an effective refreshment.
